The app consists of two e-coaching modules about nutrition and exercise. After completing a questionnaire via the Melinda app, you will have access to personalised information, goals and tips for a healthy and varied nutrition and exercise pattern. It is also possible to record your daily number of steps and scheduling and monitoring periods of exercise in an online diary. In addition, there is a module in which you can enter information about your weight, BMI, waist measurement and motivation and track your progress.
In addition, you can consult an extensive e-library in the app with videos about various subjects such as the long term risks of gestational diabetes, the benefits of breastfeeding and practical tips for achieving your weight goal and exercise goals. You will also find frequently asked questions and a large number of recipes for a healthy lifestyle.
